PDA Cradles

Each PDA comes with a PDA cradle, either a serial or USB port that allows the PDA to be linked to a desktop computer for synchronization. This is extremely handy when updating an address book or to load notes to a file on your PC. Depending on the type of PDA, the cradle may double as a charger or modem. Many 3rd party companies also make fairly inexpensive cradles, which work with various PDA brands and models. This can make it easy to keep PDA cradles both at home and at work, instead of lugging one cradle back and forth.
